The hotel is about 40 minutes drive away from the urban area and Sanya Phoenix International Airport. We are looking for a Human Resources Managerto join our team!

As the Human Resources Manager we rely on you to:

1. Coordinate and manage recruitment salary and benefits employee relations employee dormitories and other related work;
2. Assist the Human Resources Director in formulating the budget and urge each department to carry out work according to the budget;
3. Assist the Human Resources Director in formulating the staffing plan salary structure and welfare summary and assist in formulating human resource optimization plans to control costs;
4. Regularly update and share human resources-related data and policies;
5. Organize various activities such as the hotel New Years Eve party employee meetings birthday parties intern communication meetings etc. to create a positive working atmosphere for employees;
6. Collect and maintain data such as exit interviews staff turnover rate etc. and conduct analysis formulate action plans and implement them;
7. Assist in the statistics and analysis of various group reports.
8. Optimize the internal work processes of the department;
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the Human Resources Director.

We are looking for someone who:

degree or above with more than 5 years of experience in hotel human resources management.
2. Be familiar with national and regional labor laws regulations and related policies.
3. Open-minded outgoing in personality good at analysis strong in execution focused on follow-up dedicated to quality and skilled in teamwork.
4. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
5. Possess excellent English listening speaking reading and writing skills.
