Job Summary

In this role you will:

Work directly with the founders on critical financial operations including budgeting forecasting and cash flow management
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and fundraising
Develop and streamline internal processes across billing vendor management and procurement
Partner with founders to define and track key business metrics and OKRs
Lead cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency as the company scales
Support strategic initiatives including pricing analysis market sizing and competitive intelligence

To be successful at this role you have

2 years of experience in investment banking management consulting private equity or corporate finance
1 years of experience operating at a fast-paced high-growth startup
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency)
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action you build the plane while flying it
Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex analyses into clear recommendations
A systems-thinking mindset you dont just solve problems you build processes that prevent them

Bonus

Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR churn LTV/CAC net revenue retention)
Prior exposure to fundraising or investor relations
