About the Role
As aHousekeeping Manager you will be handling guest requests and coordinating internal communications to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure smoothdaily operation of all Housekeeping functions according to Hotels standard.
- Inspect guest rooms / floor public areas laundry area and other facilities to ensure the quality standards are well-maintained.
- Handle guest inquiries and emergency cases.
- Identify training needs and develop training initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Maintain a consistent and accurate inventory control recommending solutions for continuous advancement.
- Prepare monthly report and checklists for Management review.
- Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.
About You
- Certificate in Hospitality Management or other related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Housekeeping Department preferably in Hotels with similar capacity.
- Solid knowledge in operations and equipment of Housekeeping Department.
- Proficient in PC applications.
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
