What youll build

We are looking for passionate individuals whose responsibility will be to welcome and consult with our new SAP Concur customers and start building the relationship with them after the sales cycle. You will initiate the implementation process and prepare them for their SAP Concur implementation.

When our clients are implemented with our services you will serve as the primary point of contact for client portfolio coordinating internal teams to deal with clients escalations and requests. You will also be working in a team providing ongoing guidance and best practice advice to a portfolio of more than 300 clients from all around the world. No routine guaranteed!

Coordination Tasks

• Onboard partner projects: facilitate data gathering for the implementation project
• Validate and define expectations and scope of work
• Serve as ongoing point of contact for an assigned portfolio of customers in relation to Post-Implementation Services
• Escalation management : coordination and documentation of customer escalations
• Triage: review and route client queries and service requests to appropriate teams
• Assist with the onboarding activities for new members (training and knowledge transfer)
• Any other similar task or responsibility as may be reasonably required

Consulting Tasks

• Maintain configure and administer the SAP Concur site of the clients and provide best practice advice and guidance.
• Work directly with administrators of clients that acquired a version of an Expertise & Care service on top of the standard support that SAP Concur is providing.
• Cooperate closely with other teams within SAP Concur.
• On clients request organize operational calls to discuss changes in the configuration.
• Ensure that clients stay informed of the new features available through the monthly release calls.

What you bring

• English and German / Italian / Spanish / French: Business Fluency
• Previous experience with customer facing role
• Education Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent work experience
