We are looking for a Program Manager to own and manage our coaching and doctor operations end-to-end. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for building scaling and optimizing the clinical and coaching delivery engine that sits at the heart of the MetaGo Health experience. You will work cross-functionally with medical product and growth teams to ensure our users receive world-class care throughout their weight loss journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coaching Operations:
Manage and scale the health coaching team (dietitians nutritionists fitness coaches) to deliver personalised care to all active users
Design and implement coaching SOPs protocols and quality frameworks aligned with clinical best practices and GLP-1 treatment guidelines
Define and track coach performance KPIs including user engagement adherence rates health outcomes retention and NPS
Own the coach rostering capacity planning and workload management to ensure optimal coach-to-user ratios
Build training programs and continuous development pathways for the coaching team
Doctor / Clinical Operations:
Coordinate doctor consultations follow-ups and prescription workflows to ensure timely clinical oversight for users on GLP-1 therapy
Manage doctor scheduling availability and SLA compliance for consultations and prescription renewals
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to telemedicine guidelines across all clinical touchpoints
Work with the medical team to define escalation pathways adverse event protocols and clinical decision support frameworks
Program Design & Optimisation:
Own the end-to-end user care journey from onboarding through active treatment to maintenance ensuring a seamless outcome-driven experience
Collaborate with the product team to build and iterate on tech-enabled workflows automation and dashboards that improve operational efficiency
Analyse program data to identify drop-off points optimise engagement touchpoints and improve health outcomes
Drive cross-functional initiatives with growth product and supply chain teams to improve the overall user experience
Team Leadership:
Recruit onboard and retain high-quality coaching and clinical support staff
Foster a culture of accountability empathy and continuous improvement within the operations team
Conduct regular performance reviews provide coaching to managers and team leads and drive career development
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have
3 10 years of experience in operations program management or service delivery preferably in healthtech wellness digital therapeutics or telehealth
Proven experience managing and scaling teams of coaches clinicians or service professionals (50 team members preferred)
Strong process orientation with a track record of building SOPs quality frameworks and performance management systems from scratch
Data-driven mindset with comfort in using analytics to inform decisions track KPIs and present insights to leadership
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with medical product and business teams
High ownership and bias for action comfortable operating in a fast-paced early-stage environment
Familiarity with telemedicine operations e-pharmacy or diagnostics logistics
Background in nutrition clinical operations or health coaching is a strong plus
Experience with tools like Freshdesk Zoho Slack or custom CRM/EHR platforms
MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution
