We are hiring a Director of Sales & Marketing:
As a Director of Sales & Marketing we rely on you to:
Lead the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
Participate in business reviews forecasting and annual budget preparation.
Present hotel performance to senior leadership and regional teams on a monthly basis.
Lead motivate and develop the sales and marketing team.
Maintain high sales and service standards across the full compliance with corporate policies and brand standards.
Oversee hotel branding revenue performance and sales channel optimization.
We are looking someone who:
Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
Excellent presenter and communicator
Is self-driven goal-oriented able to challenge the status quoUpholds professional values ethics and integrity at all times
Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
Understands the global market and local environment
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Has strong interpersonal skills
