Job Summary

Job Duties 工作职责

  • Observe all activities of the Front Office as well as other hotel activities relating to the effective and efficient operation of the hotel
  • At the start of the shift the Assistant Front Office Manager must be briefed by the Previous Duty managers on pending matters and observe is that he/she familiarizes himself / herself. And observe the following up status.
  • Ensure that the GSM pager and mobile phone all was functionless so that the Telephone / Service Center and the other related Dep. could reach the GSM.
  • Observe the GSM daily audit check.
  • Observes flow of work of each area and corrects possible bottlenecks.
  • Examines the Morning Report for information and accuracy including status and availability of rooms.
  • Check with GSM and GSL to ensure that the checks in and check out are proceeding smoothly.
  • Checks specific GTC guests (VIPS) rooms at random and informs Housekeeping of any deficiencies.
  • Confirm with GSM did they check with the GSL - Rooms Controller to ensure that reservations are inspected and blockings are done as per procedure attends to rooms changes establishes status of available rooms and plans the days work.
  • In all incidents. Direct and lead GSM to Provide management and department heads with reports and takes action to avoid repetition of any incident. Accident. Theft and complaint.
  • Ensure GSM checked the bulletin board to ensure that all activities / functions for the day-to day are correctly posted.

  • 观察宾客服务经理每天帐务检查是否正确并进行调整
  • 观察每个区域的工作流程并纠正可能产生的问题
  • 检查每日报表获得信息确保其正确性包括房间的状况和可供销售的情况
  • 检查宾客服务经理和宾客服务主管确保办理入住和结账手续平稳地进行
  • 随机检查特殊的贵宾房间如有任何问题及时通知客房部
  • 与宾客服务经理确认是否已同宾客服务主管-房间控制员检查房间的分配情况保证预订按照程序进行注意换房情况发生设定当日可供销售房间状况并安排当日的工作
  • 任何事件中指导和引导宾客服务经理向管理层和部门经理提供事件报告和行动报告以避免任何类似事件行窃和投诉的反复发生
  • 确认宾客服务经理检查布告牌确保每日活动会议典礼按照每日正确发布
