Job Summary
Mon - Fri 07:00 - 17:00
Brummeria PTA - AU PAIR - FULL DAY
Area: Brummeria
Ages: 3 and 6 years old
Working hours: Monday Friday: 07:00 - 17:00 - One evening per night (paid additionally)
Duties: School/nursery drop off and pick up (so absolute must that they have a vehicle and are good and safe drivers) Helping with homework Healthy cooking (helping with breakfast in the morning lunch and dinner for the kids) Helping with stimulating activities when off school Engage/support social emotional and physical development Occasional groceries (we would pay this of course ideally in advance).
Requirements: 25 years and older Must have valid driver license with strong safety record High school qualification at minimum First aid qualified (and in date) Ideally have experience working with international families and diverse backgrounds Open minded and progressive or at least able to adapt to values of the family in how they engage with the kids.
Start date: 08th April 2026 permanent contract
Salary: R15000 per month (gross before deductions) SARS rates per km (R4.95) for any driving done directly for the family. Not to get to and from work.
All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
**** Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
****Must have their own reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
****Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
****Must have a clear criminal record
****Must have a passion for children
****Must have Matric
****Must have a South African ID document.
FRAUDULENT CVS ARE PUNISHABLE BY LAW. ALL REFERENCES ARE CHECKED AND FAKE REFERENCES WILL BE UNCOVERED
