Due to an internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as aReward Specialistreporting to our Head of Performance & Reward. This a true partnership role where you enable a high-performance culture through the delivery of Lions Reward and Recognition programs and by providing counsel and expertise to the broader People & Culture team.
Your accountabilities include:
- Leading the delivery of the Annual Achievement Cycle including salary survey submission remuneration analysis incentive schemes budgeting system set up communications and reporting
- Managing Lions reward grading framework including job evaluation rem range architecture and ongoing maintenance ensuring all changes are reflected accurately
- Lift Reward capability through simplifying our reward practices and communications to support P&C Leaders and Team Members clarity
- Conduct annual Gender Pay Equity analysis articulate insights and remediation actions in partnership with P&C Project Team
- Drive continuous improvement in the delivery of Rewards Recognition and Benefits initiatives
To be successful you will bring:
- Advanced data analytics skills along with experience extracting manipulating and analysing data in excel
- 3 years experience within remuneration and benefits along with experience within General HR
- Knowledge of reward and recognition principles including benefits incentive design and job evaluation methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management business partnering and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a high degree of problem-solving skills
- Ability to apply curiosity and an open-minded approach to data and Reward
- Degree qualification in Business Human Resources or similar
