Located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis and connected to Circle Centre Mall Embassy Suites offers spacious tworoom suites complimentary madetoorder breakfast a nightly evening reception and convenient access to major attractions including the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. The onsite ETerie Bar & Grill serves as the hotels lively social hub offering fresh casual dining and a full bar in a comfortable atrium setting.

Shift Pattern: PM including weekends and holidays

The ideal Busperson/Barback candidate is a reliable energetic team player with at least one year of restaurant or hospitality experience. They thrive in fastpaced evening environments and take pride in supporting both the dining room and bar by keeping spaces clean organized and guestready. This person is proactive attentive and always ready to assist servers and bartenders to ensure smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.

What will I be doing

As a Busperson/Barback you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set and prepare tables for dining including but not limited to folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water etc.

• Support bartenders by restocking liquor beer wine glassware garnishes ice and bar supplies throughout the shift

• Clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting.

• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations.

• Serves guests beverages breads and butter to begin their dining experience.

• Transports all dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.

• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair

• Stock maintain and clean designated food station(s)

• Assist food server(s) with table service including but not limited to serving beverages breads etc.

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
