Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree from an accredited institution in Criminal Justice Law Enforcement Legal Studies Human Resources or other closely related field.
- Two years of experience with new employee screening and onboarding which includes oversight of employment background screening.
- Experience with project management providing oversight of vast quantities of data.
- Any appropriate combination of relevant education experience and/or certifications may be considered.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with the Agency for Healthcare Administration or Department of Children or Families Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
- Experience with reading and interpreting background screening results and making sound eligibility determinations based on policy regulations and applicable laws.
- Experience with K-12 public education institutions.
