Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Modeler specializing in Dry Utilities to join our growing team in Bengaluru this role you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive Building Information Models for dry utilities systems including electrical HVAC plumbing and fire protection. You will work collaboratively with project teams to ensure accurate coordination clash detection and seamless integration of all building systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to complex infrastructure projects while developing your expertise in BIM modeling and utilities coordination.

  • Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for dry utilities systems using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit and related tools
  • Perform clash detection and coordinate between multiple building systems to identify and resolve conflicts before construction
  • Create accurate technical documentation drawings and specifications from BIM models for construction teams
  • Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements
  • Organize and manage BIM data ensuring consistency accuracy and adherence to established standards and protocols
  • Analyze project requirements and translate them into comprehensive modeling solutions
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of models to maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness
  • Support project teams with BIM coordination meetings and provide technical guidance on modeling best practices
  • Update and revise models based on design changes and project feedback in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation for efficient project delivery

Qualifications :

**Required Skills:**

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
  • Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling and visualization techniques
  • Strong understanding of dry utilities systems (electrical HVAC plumbing fire protection)
  • Expertise in clash detection and coordination methodologies
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and drawing creation
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset

**Required Experience:**

  • Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling or related field
  • Demonstrated experience with dry utilities projects in commercial or industrial construction
  • Proven track record of successful BIM coordination and model management
  • Familiarity with construction standards building codes and industry protocols

**Preferred Education & Certifications:**

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Architecture or related discipline
  • Autodesk Revit certification
  • BIM Coordination or BIM Management certification
  • Experience with Navisworks or similar coordination software

**Domain Expertise:**

  • In-depth knowledge of dry utilities systems and their integration within building infrastructure
  • Understanding of Building Information Modeling standards and best practices
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and coordination processes
