Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendant (Bar) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will primarily focus on delivering exceptional bar service while supporting the wider Food & Beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly professional and engaging service at the bar
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Assist with stock control and restocking
- Support F&B Supervisors and Managers in day-to-day operations
- Promote menu items and upsell food and beverage offerings
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a bar restaurant or hotel environment preferred
- Basic cocktail and beverage knowledge (training can be provided)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and public holidays
- Must hold a valid RSA
