We are looking for a friendly and versatile Front Office All-Rounder to join our this role you will support multiple areas of the front office including Guest Service Concierge and Porter services ensuring our guests enjoy a smooth and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-ins and departures
- Handle guest enquiries phone calls and service requests professionally
- Provide porter services including assisting with luggage and guest arrival needs
- Provide concierge support including local recommendations bookings and guest assistance
- Promote Accor loyalty programs and support upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain accurate guest records and complete administrative tasks
Qualifications :
- Experience in hotel front office or customer-facing hospitality role
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; Opera Cloud experience is highly regarded
- Strong guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
