Job Summary
Join our team as a Field Service Engineer-Cargo Inspection Systems and play a key role in delivering worldclass technical service while representing our brand with professionalism and expertise. You will ensure the performance and reliability of advanced Xray cargo and vehicle inspection systems combining strong technical skills with a customerfocused mindset.
You will be providing support to our clients in the region of the south of the Netherlands and Belgium.
Due to the sensitive nature of the work involved we can only consider applicants that are eligible for the Dutch security clearance sponsorship is not available.
What you will do:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on highenergy scanning systems.
- Conduct site audits manage spareparts inventory and support system performance improvements.
- Assist with new system installations including factory and onsite commissioning.
- Provide oncall and remote technical support on a rotating basis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service operations documentation and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to EHS standards and company quality procedures.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- Education /qualification in engineering (i..e MBO 4 level in electrical mechanical electronics) or relevant experience.
- Experience as an FSE (installation maintenance repair) and strong customerservice background.
- Solid skills in electrical/electromechanical troubleshooting diagnostics and reading schematics.
- Knowledge of PLC systems automation sensors actuators and radiationsafety principles.
- Basic networking understanding (TCP/IP VLAN routing switches firewalls).
- Good command of Windows environments diagnostic tools and remotesupport software.
- Strong analytical abilities autonomy initiative and customer orientation.
- Fluent in English and Dutch languages (spoken and written). French language skills are nice to have.
- Driving licence.
