As a Product Senior Associate in the Liquidity and Account Solutions (L&AS) team you will support the success of our products and solutions. You will assist in shaping strategy and processes and contribute to the discovery of innovative approaches that address evolving customer needs. Working with the broader team and cross-functional partners you will apply your skills and insights to help drive the ongoing success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities
- Support day-to-day priorities for liquidity and account solutions products by working closely with functional partners and providing expert support to front office stakeholders..
- Liaise with key stakeholder groups including Product Development Legal Business Management Operations and Risk Management to help ensure alignment with OKRs policies and targets.
- Develop an understanding of the risk attributes associated with various liquidity products and the client use cases for these offerings.
- Assist in the development of our product strategy and roadmap.
- Participate in strategic initiatives and help coordination on projects that define and configure account solutions product offerings and capabilities including change management and new initiatives.
- Collect and analyse metrics on product performance to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to help define user workflows requirements stories and customer value.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and support solutions that address user needs and align with business objectives.
- Support risk and control frameworks partner with stakeholders to provide guidance and analysis identify and escalate issues risks and dependencies and facilitate effective communication across impacted teams.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Relevant experience or equivalent expertise in leveraging problem-solving skills within a team responsible for product oversight.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex information.
- Creative thinker able to contribute to the development of differentiated solutions.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of data analytics related tools and data literacy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to prepare executive-level communications and present findings concisely.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- High degree of initiative and demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships across teams

- Foundational knowledge of Payments and Liquidity products
- Understanding of the product development life cycle.
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
