The Opportunity:
We are seeking twoIS Facilities Weekend Assistantsto join the Information Services Facilities team supporting operations at the Main Library 30 George Square in the heart of the Central Campus. You will play a key role in ensuring the Library provides a safe welcoming and well-maintained environment for students and visitors. Occasional work at alternative locations and overtime opportunities may arise to meet business needs. You will work closely with the wider Facilities Assistant team with opportunities for skill sharing and development. The post is directly managed by the IS Facilities Weekend Supervisor.
This role offers the opportunity to make a clear impact on student experience while working in one of the Universitys most prominent buildings.
This post is part-time (9 hours per week). This post is not suitable for hybrid working and will be 100% on-campus (in Edinburgh).
