商务运营专员负责协助供应链计划物流执行渠道库存管理及销售运营支持为渠道业务提供及时的数据分析与流程协调确保货品供应稳定渠道运营顺畅以及业务目标达成
Commercial Operation Specialist is responsible for assisting in supply chain planning logistics execution channel inventory management and sales operation support. Providing timely data analysis and process coordination for channel business to ensure stable product supply smooth channel operation and the achievement of business goals.
Major Responsibilities主要岗位职责
一渠道运营相关 Channel Operations Related
渠道销售数据分析 Channel Sales Data Analysis
1.1负责收集整理渠道销售数据
Be responsible for collecting and organizing channel sales data.
1.2对渠道动销库存周转流向进行基础分析
Conduct basic analysis on channel sales movement inventory turnover and product flow.
促销及市场活动支持 Promotion & Marketing Activity Support
2.1协助渠道活动的物料准备货品规划和执行跟踪
Assist in material preparation product planning and execution tracking for channel activities.
2.2 回收活动反馈形成活动复盘材料
Collect activity feedback and prepare activity review materials.
渠道订单及对账支持Channel Order & Reconciliation Support
跟进渠道订单处理核对发货协助对账
Follow up on channel order processing verify deliveries and assist in account reconciliation.
管理经销商基础资料与合同文件
Manage basic distributor information and contract documents.
二流程协同与跨部门沟通 Process Coordination & Cross-Functional Communication
协助对接销售市场财务物流等团队确保信息流顺畅
Assist in coordinating with sales marketing finance logistics and other teams to ensure smooth information flow.
跟进供应链与渠道相关流程的异常情况并及时升级处理
Follow up on exceptions in supply chain and channel-related processes and escalate them in a timely manner.
参与流程优化系统操作培训及 SOP 制作
Participate in process optimization system operation training and SOP formulation.
三供应链管理相关 Supply Chain Management Related
需求与补货计划支持Demand & Replenishment Planning Support
1.1协助收集销售预测渠道需求数据参与制定补货计划
Assist in collecting sales forecasts and channel demand data and participate in formulating replenishment plans.
跟进订单执行进度与仓储物流协调发运事宜
Follow up on order execution progress and coordinate shipment with warehousing and logistics teams.
库存监控与分析 Inventory Monitoring & Analysis
2.1 监控渠道及仓库库存健康状况识别滞销缺货风险
Monitor inventory health across channels and warehouses identify risks of overstock and stockouts.
2.2 定期输出库存分析报表提出优化建议
Regularly generate inventory analysis reports and put forward optimization suggestions.
物流与配送协调 Logistics & Distribution Coordination
3.1 跟踪物流状态处理异常配送延误退货等事项
Track logistics status handle abnormal deliveries delays returns and other issues.
3.2 协助提升物流 KPI如准时率运输成本等
Assist in improving logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery rate and transportation cost.
Education
本科及以上学历物流管理供应链管理工商管理统计学等相关专业优先
Above bachelors degree Logistics Management Supply Chain Management Business Administration Statistics and other related majors will be preferred.
Background
- 具备 2年以上相关岗位经验
At least 2 years of relevant job experience.
- 有供应链渠道运营订单管理或数据分析相关经验更佳
Relevant experience in supply chain channel operation order management or data analysis is preferred.
- 熟练使用 ExcelPower BISAP/ERP 等系统者优先
Proficient in using systems such as Excel Power BI SAP/ERP are preferred.
- 数据敏感度高具备良好逻辑能力和分析能力
High data sensitivity with good logical and analytical skills.
- 良好的沟通协调与跨部门协作能力
Good communication coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 工作细致责任心强
Strong Meticulous at work and highly responsible.
- 抗压能力强能适应快节奏业务
Ability to withstand pressure and adapt to fast-paced business.
