About the role:

Reporting to the Head of People Partnering the Human Resources Business Partner will be at the heart of our dynamic team driving people initiatives that align with our exciting business goals. Youll have the opportunity to dive deep into understanding our business challenges and work closely with our operational leaders and Centres of Excellence (COEs) to create and implement innovative solutions. This role isnt just about the day-to-day; its about building and enhancing systems that make the entire employee journey amazing setting us up for an incredible future. Youll also be the go-to person for all things HR managing escalated issues and supporting our team in a way that builds trust and strong relationships.   • Manage the Employee Journey with a Smile: Oversee everything from performance reviews to rewards ensuring a great employee experience and helping managers build their leadership skills;
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest HR trends turning insights into action and making sure our practices are as fresh and vibrant as our burgers;
  • Build Rockstar Relationships: Foster strong trusted partnerships with leaders and centres of excellence becoming the go-to advisor and strategic partner everyone loves working with.
