About the role:

Reporting to the Head of People Partnering the Human Resources Business Partner will be at the heart of our dynamic team driving people initiatives that align with our exciting business goals. Youll have the opportunity to dive deep into understanding our business challenges and work closely with our operational leaders and Centres of Excellence (COEs) to create and implement innovative solutions. This role isnt just about the day-to-day; its about building and enhancing systems that make the entire employee journey amazing setting us up for an incredible future. Youll also be the go-to person for all things HR managing escalated issues and supporting our team in a way that builds trust and strong relationships.
