Purpose That Counts - some of your responsibilities will include:

As theProject Change Manager you will lead the planning and execution of change management activities that help stakeholders understand upcoming changes prepare the business for transition and support successful project delivery. This role sits within Rail Operations Systems Integration with a primary focus on delivering a new Yard Management Solution. This solution will streamline yard operations enhance visibility of train movements and asset utilisation and support more reliable service delivery. This is a temporary role lasting until December 31st 2026.

You will also;

  • Lead the design and delivery of change management activities
  • Manage stakeholders and influence change while using your excellent communication skills
  • Identify stakeholder needs and assess impacts to inform change strategies.
  • Develop change documentation aligned with project management methodology and the change framework.
  • Assist with process development and create guidance material on how to utilise new systems.
  • Collaborate with subject experts and cultivate change champions to promote adoption and embed new ways of working.

People Who Count What you will bring:

  • Extensive experience in large corporate or government organisations in change management.
  • Extensive knowledge of change management best practice and experience integrating new technology into a multi-disciplined environment. Transport experience would be ideal but not essential.
  • Knowing how to negotiate with multiple stakeholders and using influence to get the required business users involved.
  • Project management familiarity and efficient document development skills.
