CGS is seeking a skilled Workforce Developer (WD) Journeyman to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.
Skills and attributes for success:
Identifylearning needs coordinate training track workforce skills and support employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
Develop documentation reports and deliverables supporting missionobjectives.
Support continuous improvement compliance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
