The Role: Travelinfo Visa & Account Executive
The purpose of this role is to manage a dual portfolio consisting of international visa research and account management. The role exists to ensure the accuracy and credibility of a trusted information platform for travel agents while maintaining and renewing an allocated portfolio of advertising clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify international visa requirements on a structured six-week cycle through direct embassy engagement and source documentation.
- Maintain allocated supplier pages to a Zero Outdated Information standard.
- Manage and renew an allocated portfolio of advertising clients.
- Conduct client meetings and manage renewals with professionalism and discipline.
- Maintain clear records using spreadsheet tracking and CRM logging for meetings and important communications.
- Adopt a business-to-business mindset in all client and industry engagements.
- Experience in travel operations account management or structured research is advantageous.
