Requirements:
- Must have an active CCNP certification
- At least 3 years of solid work experience supporting Data Center LAN environments (on-premise/onsite data center)
- Solid background/experience with Nexus platforms and/or F5 load balancer. Having both is an advantage and preferred.
- The candidate must have good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Data Center Operations: Manage configure and maintain data center networking technologies like Cisco Nexus platforms Cisco/Juniper switches and F5 load balancers.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve complex network incidents (80% of production issues) perform in-depth diagnostics and provide Tier 2 support.
- Network Security: Implement access control lists (ACLs) manage firewall rules and maintain network security protocols.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation for network cabling architecture and disaster recovery procedures.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware/software issues and service calls.
