Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about travel to join our growing team as Travel Experience Specialists in a remote work environment.
In this role you will help travelers plan unforgettable experiences by providing destination guidance organizing travel details and supporting clients throughout their entire planning process.
As a Travel Experience Specialist you will work remotely while helping clients transform their travel ideas into well-organized itineraries and memorable experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the travel industry collaborate with international travel suppliers and build a flexible career while supporting travelers at every stage of their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via email messaging platforms or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist travelers in planning their vacations including destinations resorts cruises and travel experiences.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding travel requirements documentation and destination details.
- Organize itineraries and coordinate different travel elements with tourism suppliers.
- Support travelers with updates recommendations and pre-travel preparation.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage future travel experiences.
