As a member of our ground staff you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter security checkpoints and boarding gates - Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules delays and other airport services - Check and verify passenger documents and issue boarding passes - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors elderly or disabled passengers - Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and efficient boarding and departure of flights - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal - Handle baggage and cargo including loading and unloading from aircraft - Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with airport regulations - Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for career growth within our company.
