Are you a native-level Slovak speaker (C2) with strong English skills (B2C2) looking to grow your career with a well-established global digital services company
This is a full-time customer support role based on-site in Athens where you will support international users in Slovak and English while building your career in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone email and chat
Resolve account service and general support queries
Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience
Meet quality productivity and compliance standards
Requirements
Slovak proficiency C2 (spoken & written)
English proficiency B2C2
Customer service experience advantageous
Willingness to relocate to Athens if required
