You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Incident & Problem Management: Restoring service rapidly during outages and analyzing root causes to prevent recurrence.

Change Management: Managing IT infrastructure or software changes to minimize risk and service disruption

.

Service Request Fulfillment: Handling user requests for hardware software or access.

Process Improvement: Developing implementing and monitoring ITSM processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Tool Administration: Managing and configuring ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow Jira Service Management).

Service Level Management: Defining measuring and reporting on service performance metrics (SLAs).

Certifications: ITIL Foundation or higher (e.g. ITIL v4) is highly preferred according to Knowledge Train.
