Where Youll Make a Difference

Manages the activities performance development and capabilities of a team of Supply Chain professionals 10 direct reports
Own and manage the raw material requirements production asset schedules and finished goods distribution planning through agreed demand and inventory plans.
Assess and implement supply chain design optimization opportunities and recommend actions to the Business team. Driving process simplification and standardization.
Execute order acceptance and handling policies that balance customer requirements with supply chain capabilities. Evaluate availability and policy exceptions in Decision Center environment.
Manages the tracking and works with manufacturing and business to align disposition of slow-moving materials (SLOB). Driving process and action plans.
Works closely with Operations to ensure the supply chain capabilities are in place to meet the needs of the business.
Communicates with business on supply disruptions and works with all different functions on resolutions

What Makes You the Right Fit

BS degree in Supply Chain Business Science or Engineering
8 years of Supply Chain or Operations experience
Demonstrated knowledge of MRP materials management production planning capacity planning production scheduling master data required
Strong management capability and continuous improvement mindset required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Ability to travel (up to 20%)

How would you stand out

SAP/APO/MyBis experience strongly preferred
APICS certification (or equivalent) desirable
