About GameChanger:
At GameChanger we help the youth sports community Live the Game Like Never Before.
We believe youth sports change lives on and off the field and were building the home of youth sports to support every coach athlete family member and fan along the way. Every product decision we make is designed to elevate the next generation through sports.
We are a remote-first dynamic technology company based in New York City solving meaningful challenges across youth sports and this summer were bringing together a highly intentional cohort of interns to help build whats next.
About the Internship Program:
Our Summer 2026 Internship Program is a 10-week fully onsite experience in NYC (June 1August 7 2026). This is not a shadowing program. As a GameChanger intern youll:
Work on real high-impact projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Be paired with a dedicated mentor
Build and ship meaningful work
Present your results during our Final Demo Day
Weve intentionally designed a smaller cohort (12 interns) to provide strong mentorship meaningful ownership and real exposure to how we build and ship at scale.
The Position:
GameChanger is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer Intern to join our Diamond Sports product group. This team focuses on making GameChanger the ultimate hub for community engagement and insights around young athletes. Our mission is to grow the GameChanger community by bringing more fans family members and friends into the ecosystem and connecting them with personalized content that brings them closer to the a Full-Stack Software Engineer Intern youll build real features across our modern web stack contributing directly to a product used by millions. Youll work with other engineers and report to a Full Stack Engineer who will support your growth throughout the summer.
What Youll Work On:
Youll take ownership of clearly scoped high-impact work. This will include:
Building and shipping features in our React TypeScript web application
Developing and integrating backend services using
Collaborating with designers and product managers to turn ideas into user-facing features
Writing clean maintainable and well-tested code
Participating in code reviews and learning best practices in a CI-driven engineering environment
Youll collaborate closely with teammates and stakeholders receive consistent feedback and contribute work that drives measurable impact.
What Were Looking For:
You are pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or looking to make a career change.
Strong fundamentals in computer science and problem solving
Curiosity ownership mindset and proactive communication
Excitement about building products used by real communities
Big plus if you have experience or interest developing with React TypeScript or .
