Guard-Systems Inc. is hiring a Lobby Ambassador / Front Desk Security Officer for a movie production studio in Los Angeles.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality front desk concierge or customer service experience who enjoys working in a professional high-visibility environment.
As the first person visitors see when entering the studio this role is ideal for someone who is friendly polished welcoming and confident.
Great opportunity for someone new to Los Angeles looking for steady work in a unique studio environment. This is a concierge-style customer-facing role and no prior security experience is required. Candidates with hospitality front desk concierge or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
The Lobby Ambassador / Front Desk Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a professional lobby presence monitoring cameras controlling elevator access and providing excellent customer service at all times. This is a strong fit for someone who understands the importance of first impressions and enjoys interacting with a wide variety of people.
You never know who may walk through the lobby making this a unique opportunity for someone who is personable observant and excited to work in a studio setting.
Schedule:Thursday - Sunday3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional front lobby presence
- Greet visitors staff and guests
- Monitor camera systems
- Control elevator and lobby access
- Provide excellent customer service
- Observe and report incidents or concerns
- Help create a welcoming and professional studio environment

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hospitality concierge front desk or similar experience preferred
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Comfortable in a high-visibility position
- Friendly dependable and observant
- No prior security experience required
