Your new role

We are looking for a Business Finance Partner to join our Finance & Operations team in the Dutch this role you will be a trusted finance partner to the country management team turning financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decisionmaking and the continued growth of the affiliate. You will combine strong analytical skills with effective stakeholder management to influence outcomes and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with the Dutch affiliate leadership and crossfunctional teams to provide timely accurate financial insight and recommendations.
  • Translate financial and market data into clear businessfocused insights that drive decisions and commercial performance.
  • Drive midterm financial planning forecasting and performance tracking for the affiliate.
  • Prepare management presentations that support strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement support implementation of initiatives and help embed best practices across the business.

Your new department

You will join the Dutch Finance & Operations team consisting of eight colleagues with diverse skills covering business finance accounting supply chain procurement pricing market access and facilities. We work closely with stakeholders across the affiliate.

Your skills & qualifications

Were looking for a Business Finance Partner who thrives on collaboration and takes pride in continuously improving ways of working. Youll bring with you:

  • Masters degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 23 years experience in financial analysis business finance consultancy or a similar role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a practical businessfocused mindset.
  • Proven business partnering skills able to simplify complex topics and present insights clearly to management and nonfinancial stakeholders.
  • Proactive collaborative and solutionoriented with a cando attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable preparing highquality management presentations and influencing at all organizational levels.
