Job Summary
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical plumbing HVAC and basic mechanical systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and systems to identify issues or potential failures.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments for complex tasks and projects.
- Provide input on improving maintenance procedures and operational efficiency.
- Participate in emergency maintenance and on-call duties as required.
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Mechanical or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a multi-skilled technician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems plumbing HVAC and general maintenance.
- Ability to read technical manuals blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
