About the Role : Razorpay is building anAI-first sales organization. We are looking for a GTM Builder a high-impact role designed for builders who want to own both the AI tools our 370 salespeople use and the intelligence that powers GTM decisions.

This is not a traditional sales or engineering role. Youll work in a zero-bureaucracy environment report directly to leadership and see your work used and iterated on in real time.

Responsibilities:

Application Layer:

• Build AI copilots for meeting prep and call summaries

• Develop Slack bots to auto-capture action items from deal reviews

• Create LLM pipelines to enrich CRM data automatically

• Design agents to draft follow-up emails from call notes

Intelligence Layer:

• Build real-time pipeline dashboards that flag deals going cold

• Develop forecasting models with confidence intervals for leadership

• Conduct win/loss analysis to detect patterns in closed deals

• Maintain data pipelines that keep CRM clean without relying on manual input

General:

• Ship tools that real salespeople rely on daily

• Translate GTM challenges into AI or automation solutions

• Work independently in a high-ambiguity fast-feedback environment

Must-Have:

• 35 years of software or data engineering experience with strong Python fundamentals

• Hands-on experience with LLMs AI pipelines or automation workflows

• Experience building internal tools or products used by real users

• Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot or equivalent)

Strong Plus:

• Experience with agent frameworks like LangChain LlamaIndex or CrewAI

• Familiarity with GTM/sales workflows pipeline stages lead lifecycle deal management

• Startup or fintech experience where you built AI/data solutions from scratch

• Ability to distill non-technical pain points into actionable AI solutions
