Position Overview

Our client a commercial printing site in Wilmington Delaware is seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with customers and internal teams. The Client Service Representative will support customers from project start through delivery serving as their advocate internally while ensuring every experience is exceptional. This is a Temp-to-Hire role Monday through Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain job information in MIS/CRM systems
Complete work orders estimate forms and all documentation to ensure jobs are prepared properly for production
Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle via email and phone
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or inquiries promptly
Represent the customer internally ensuring projects are completed on time and with accuracy
Educate customers on best practices to ensure the highest quality end-product

Desired Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years experience in Customer Service or Sales Support roles
Proficient in basic business software (MS Office Google Docs etc.)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in or willingness to learn about the print & direct mail industry
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Meticulous attention to detailaccuracy in job specifications pricing and production instructions is essential
Commercial print experience
Direct mail experience
Promotional products experience
HubSpot or other CRM experience
