This position is responsible for ensuring a clean safe and sanitary environment for patients staff and visitors in compliance with regulatory standards. Accountable for housekeeping processes and performance in the hospital medical office building and other facilities on campus (limited accountability in parking garages). Accountable for soiled linen collection refuse management and infection control.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years of management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Associates degree or equivalent.
Experience: Prior EVS management experience.

Skills Knowledge Abilities:
Ability to lead and manage in a diverse and demanding environment with focus on client/customer/nursing needs.
Strong communications skills both oral and written.
The ability to facilitate multiple complex projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
Strong analytical problem-solving conceptual and organizational skills on all levels.
The ability to creatively manage and provide innovative solution which deliver effective results.
Possess an extreme flexibility to render effective customer solution.
