Position: Sr. MES Developer

Client: Lincoln Electric

Location: Cleveland OH

Must be US Citizen

We are looking for a Senior MES Developer to help design and implement advanced Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions within a large-scale manufacturing environment for a client in Cleveland OH.

In this role youll work at the intersection of manufacturing operations software development and industrial technology helping deliver systems that improve production visibility operational efficiency and digital manufacturing capabilities.

Youll collaborate with IT engineering and operations teams to design scalable solutions that connect shop-floor systems with enterprise platforms.

What Youll Do
Build and Implement MES Solutions

• Design and develop MES solutions supporting discrete and continuous manufacturing operations
• Lead requirements workshops and fit-gap analysis for MES implementations
• Configure MES platforms and implement business logic supporting production workflows
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Integrate Manufacturing Systems

• Integrate MES with ERP and enterprise systems
• Design and manage data models and reporting solutions
• Develop dashboards and operational reporting tools
• Support system upgrades deployments and configuration management

Partner Across IT & Operations

• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and IT teams
• Provide technical leadership during solution development and deployment
• Support digital manufacturing initiatives connecting IT and operational technology (OT) environments

What Were Looking For
Required Experience

• 5 years of experience developing or implementing MES solutions
• 5 years of full-stack development experience in manufacturing environments
• Strong experience with SQL data modeling (Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle)
• Experience integrating manufacturing systems with enterprise platforms

Technical Skills

• MES platforms such as DELMIA Apriso / FlexNet or similar systems
• .NET technologies (C# )
• Enterprise reporting tools and dashboard development
• Experience working with manufacturing systems IIoT and shop-floor integrations

Nice to Have

• Experience with SCADA platforms
• Experience supporting enterprise MES rollouts
• Exposure to advanced planning and scheduling systems
