• Bachelors Degree in Engineering and at least ten plus (8) years of experiencein Pharma; managing automation MES or system implementation/upgrade projects.
• Bilingual Spanish and English (good communications)
• Experience in:
  • Lead technical meeting with stakeholders and Syncade software developer
  • Coordinate integration window with impacted areas and supply chain
  • C&Q RFP Development
  • Manage software integration & migration
  • Manage C&Q implementation
  • Manage RFI submittal & change orders logs
  • Manage change control process
  • Develop and update cash flow
  • Develop & update integratedprojectschedule

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Lead the upgrade of the Syncade MES platform.
• Manage software integration migration and implementation.
• Lead technical meetings.
• Coordinate system integration windows with manufacturing areas to minimize operational impact.
• Develop and manage C&Q RFPs and oversee execution of commissioning and qualification activities.
• Manage C&Q implementation ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee and maintain RFI submittals and change orders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT Automation Manufacturing QA Validation Supply Chain).
• Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule cost quality andcompliance.
• Provide status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support project closeout documentation and systems handover
