About the Role
The successful candidate will teach Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5 delivering engaging lessons that help pupils understand key business concepts and apply them to real-world scenarios.
Key responsibilities include:
Teaching Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5
Planning and delivering engaging and relevant lessons
Encouraging pupils to develop analytical and entrepreneurial skills
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
Preparing pupils for GCSE and A-Level examinations
Contributing to curriculum development within the department
Supporting enrichment activities such as enterprise clubs or projects
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Have strong subject knowledge in Business or a related field
Be confident teaching across Key Stages 4 and 5
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Be passionate about business education and real-world learning
Work effectively within a collaborative department
