As a Healthcare Academy Trainer you will be an ambassador for the development of the core capability of our professional teams and pharmacy undergraduate students enabling exceptional patient centred care in our stores.
This is field based role where you will become part of a team working across the North of England predominately in and around Yorkshire with the potential to support teaching at Bradford University.
You will be an advocate for Boots with responsibility for providing training and coaching to support our professional clinical and regulatory capability needs both now and in the future.
As part of our national team of Healthcare Academy Trainers you will support the development of pharmacy professionals across the UK. Working within the Healthcare Business Unit you will represent Healthcare Capability and the Superintendent Pharmacists Office leading the delivery of the Healthcare Professional Development agenda across our stores Areas Regions and universities.
