We are seeking an experienced and passionate Family Support Worker who is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of this community. You will have a demonstrated understanding of the unique health issues facing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander infants children and families.- With a Bachelor of Health Science Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Health Aboriginal Health Studies Certificate 4 or related qualifications/experience in Aboriginal health you will work with families to assess consult and provide case management group work education supportive counselling and referrals as required.
- This position requires you to be actively involved in the community have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
