What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor alarms access control activity CCTV feeds and other security-related systems; dispatch officers and/or appropriate responders based on established protocols.
• Receive and triage calls for service prioritize requests and coordinate radio and phone communications to support timely response to incidents and critical situations.
• Document incidents dispatch actions and notifications in logs and reports; escalate issues to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned helping to identify unusual activity hazards and/or policy concerns and report findings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3 years combined law enforcement military and/or security-related experience OR have a college degree.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Have CPR and/or First Aid preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
