Job Summary

As a IT Architect you will be responsible for designing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user experiences and implement backend code. You will utilize your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services while leveraging new technologies to address complex business challenges with a cloud-first and agile approach. Engaging in problem-solving and continuous improvement will be key aspects of your role ensuring that the solutions you create are both effective and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience in Python development. Strong in Fast PandasDjango etcHands-on with Databricks and PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server) SQL and ORMs (Hibernate).- Build/CI/CD: Maven/Gradle Git pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/Jenkins).- Containers: Docker; basic Kubernetes skills (deployment config maps secrets).Familiarity - with API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger) and JSON/REST standards.- Solid understanding of software design patterns clean code and domain-driven design fundamentals.- Cloud: Microsoft Azure (App Service AKS Azure SQL Key Vault Storage Application Insights).- Messaging/Streaming: Kafka/RabbitMQ; asynchronous processingCaching: Redis Spring : OAuth2/OIDC with Azure AD; JWT token management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python on Azure.- The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi Pune for 3 days per week as per the mandate.- A 15 years full time education is required.
