-5-7 years of recent inpatient clinical experience of medical-surgical nursing and/or critical care required
-3-5 years demonstrated leadership ability preferred

Responsible for managing and coordinating specific clinical programs or services. This position involves overseeing nursing staff implementing program initiatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with organizational goals.Does this position require Patient Care

Essential Functions
-Lead the development and implementation of clinical programs or services ensuring alignment with the hospitals mission and strategic objectives.
-Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff within the program.
-Ensure adherence to clinical protocols standards and regulatory requirements.
-Supervise and mentor nursing staff assigned to the program.
-Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives related to the program analyzing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals from various disciplines including physicians social workers and therapists to provide comprehensive care within the program.
-Collect and analyze relevant data related to program outcomes and performance.
-Prepare regular reports for leadership highlighting achievements challenges and areas for improvement.

Education
Bachelors Degree Nursing required and Masters Degree Nursing preferred

Registered Nurse RN - State License - Generic - HR Only required
Experience
Clinical experience with a background in program management 5-7 years required and Leadership and management experience 3-5 years required
