Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong hands on experience in AI agent development multi agent orchestration and enterprise AI platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid software engineering foundation deep expertise in Python and practical experience building testing and operating LLM powered systems at scale.

This role focuses on designing building and operationalizing AI agents for real world enterprise use cases such as testing automation intelligent workflows analytics and platform intelligence leveraging Microsoft Copilot GitHub Copilot MCP Servers and MLOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

AI Engineering & Agent Development

Design build and deploy AI agents using Python and modern LLM frameworks.
Develop and configure single agent and multi agent systems for complex workflows and testing scenarios.
Implement agent orchestration patterns (planner executor coordinator worker tool calling memory enabled agents).
Integrate agents with enterprise systems APIs and internal tools using MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.

LLM & Generative AI

Work hands on with Large Language Models (LLMs) (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI or equivalent).
Implement prompt engineering structured outputs tool usage and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
Evaluate LLM performance reliability cost and latency for production workloads.
Apply best practices for responsible AI security and data governance.

Microsoft Copilot & GitHub Copilot/Azure Foundry

Build and integrate solutions using Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
Leverage GitHub Copilot for accelerated development test generation and code quality.
Design Copilot style experiences for internal developer productivity and operational intelligence.

MLOps & AI Operations

Design and implement MLOps pipelines for training deployment monitoring and retraining of models.
Establish CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads using GitHub / Azure DevOps.
Monitor model performance drift and reliability in production environments.
Ensure observability logging and alerting for AI systems.

Engineering & Collaboration

Collaborate with platform cloud security and data teams to deliver enterprise grade AI solutions.
Contribute to architecture decisions design reviews and technical documentation.
Mentor junior engineers and promote AI engineering best practices across teams.

Required Technical Skills

Python (advanced production grade experience)
Strong foundation in software engineering principles and system design
Hands on experience building AI agents and multi agent orchestration
Experience with LLMs (prompting tools memory RAG evaluation)
MLOps fundamentals (CI/CD monitoring deployment retraining)

AI & Platform Technologies

Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
GitHub Copilot
MCP Server (Model Context Protocol) creation configuration and integration
Azure AI / Azure OpenAI (or equivalent enterprise AI platforms)/Azure Foundry
Vector databases and embeddings (conceptual practical understanding)

Azure (Functions AKS App Service or equivalent)
Containers (Docker) and basic Kubernetes knowledge
