Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Architect to lead the design architecture and implementation of enterprise-grade Oracle Fusion solutions. This role requires a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) security frameworks and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will serve as the technical authority for Oracle Fusion architecture providing leadership in solution design integrations and best practices while ensuring scalability security and performance of enterprise systems.

Design and implement scalable and secure Oracle Fusion ERP architectures aligned with enterprise business requirements.

Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Oracle Fusion implementations upgrades and enhancements.

Define integration strategies leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other middleware technologies.

Develop and enforce architecture standards governance models and best practices for Oracle applications.

Lead the development and integration of Oracle Fusion modules with third-party systems and enterprise applications.

Architect and oversee API-based integrations data migration strategies and middleware solutions.

Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Design and implement Oracle Fusion security models including roles data access and user provisioning.

Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards compliance requirements and data governance policies.

Provide expertise in identity management authentication and authorization frameworks within Oracle environments.

Architect and implement advanced reporting solutions using Oracle reporting tools such as BI Publisher OTBI and Oracle Analytics.

Ensure data accuracy performance optimization and reporting scalability across Oracle Fusion environments.

Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion architecture across projects.

Mentor and guide development teams ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.

Work closely with business stakeholders functional consultants and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

12 years of experience in Oracle ERP technical architecture and enterprise solution design.

Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion ERP architecture and implementation.

Deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration frameworks.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion security architecture and role-based access controls.

Experience with Oracle reporting tools including BI Publisher OTBI and analytics solutions.

Proven ability to provide technical leadership and architectural direction for large-scale Oracle projects.

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
