Job Summary

Responsible for leading on-field operations ensuring smooth shipment handling safety compliance and accurate documentation from dispatch to delivery. Supervises labour crews coordinates with stakeholders and ensures all operational safety and tracking procedures are followed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Should take lead for on field Operations and reporting and updating timely.
• Preparing for pre-shipment activity like check PPE kit packing materials arranging tools and instruments testing of GPS devises before sending on site for Operations work.
• Must guide supervise and train to Labour Crew for on field Operations.
• Before starting on field Operations must follow checklist and ensure that all checkpoints are checked with all stakeholders for smooth Operations.
• Rally meeting should be conducted before starting Operations at every site before every pick-up.
• Ensure that all are following safety guidelines and taking all necessary precautions to avoid accidents. Cell phones cameras should be covered with tape.
• Ensure that no one is yelling or bad words at work site drunken Crew Labour is not allowed no smoking no eating of chewing gum and tobacco gutka etc. while at work site.
• Security check-in should be started and completed timely safety walk should be done prior operations start and appropriate observations should be done.
• Before starting racks movements on scissor lifts testing should be done.
• Rack seal recording should be done appropriate supervision and guidance should be given while racks movements from red yellow and green zone to dock.
• Must coordinate with Labours security and DC team for smooth Operations executions.
• Ensuring that front and rare GPS devices are started ON timely and affixed in truck.
• Ensure that truck seals are affixed timely.
• BOL copy details from reporting time till sealing time are updated accurately.
• Ensure that Rack ID GPS Tracker ID and seals are updated accurately.
• BOL should be signed before leaving DC and signed at Warehouse once delivery is completed.
• At the time of unloading racks ensure that Seals are checked by Warehouse receiving person and only then seal cutting done.
• After delivery of all racks BOL should be signed by Supervisor Driver and Warehouse receiving perrons.
• One delivery completed and BOL signed same needs to be reported to Control Tower.
• Ensure that all packing material and PPE Kits are return back once delivery completed and inventory should be updated.
• Any unforeseen event or incident occurred same should be updated timely to Control tower.
• Labours refresher training should be conducted on regular intervals.
