Senior Angular Engineer

The GDC IT Engineering Practices & Services tribe is looking for a Senior Expert Engineer to contributed to the development of the Angular based screen technology stack for the next generation of Web applications internal and external.
In this tribe the mission of the screen development stack squad is to enable the development of screens front-end applications within Euroclear.
In the scope of the team:
Own build & maintain reusable artefacts (code packages architecture standards guidelines templates etc.) and golden paths (End-to-end development journey)
To enable efficient custom screenfront-end development reduce unit cost per web applicationscreen and provide a uniform and consistent toolbox for engineers across all IT divisions
Support projects in their front-end applications end-to-end delivery journey using our development stack. Facilitate orchestration with infrastructure and security teams (GTS and CISO) for their projects.
Promote the development stack and proactively monitor its adoption
Upskill engineers in the IT organization on our development stack
This person will contribute to all these activities to further strengthen the IT organization and improve the developer experience for all engineers involved in screen front-end development.

Role:
Define the technical solution based on inputs from architecture business UX and security.
Design build and maintain the framework as a complex system using deep domain expertise.
Ensure high quality through expert coding code reviews and performance improvements.
Be accountable for technical issues and prevent recurrence.
Refine features with stakeholders by facilitating requirement and alignment discussions.
Coach developers on correct and efficient use of the frameworktechnology stack.
Enable onboarding and take accountability for framework knowledge management.
Ensure clear accurate and up to date framework technology stack documentation.
Improve processes standards and practices related to framework technology stack usage.
Define and apply governance for framework technology stack adoption and contribution.
Track market and technology trends to keep the framework technology stack secure and current.
Focus on productivity and quality for teams relying on the frameworktechnology stack.

Qualifications:
You have:
Extensive knowledge of the Angular framework ideally you have experience with full stack development in a .NET or Java context.

At least 5- 7 years of experience in a similar position
Proven experience in building a framework used by numerous products.
Demonstrated expertise in system design and software architecture including the ability to design scalable secure and resilient endtoend solutions.
Skilled in translating business requirements into technical architectures ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and longterm technology strategy.
Sound knowledge of the Agile Values and Principles.
Strong organizational prioritization analytical skills.
You demonstrate a good drive and the ability to make things happen to challenge and overcome resistance.
Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership influencing and communication skills both written and verbal. You are able to communicate with a diversity of stakeholders.

The Senior Expert Engineer is responsible for providing advanced technical solutions and guidance. This role involves designing developing implementing and maintaining complex systems and applications
The Senior Expert Engineer leverages deep expertise in systems design and supervision of the development process to solve complex problems enhance operational efficiency and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Expert Engineer works closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. They also play a key role in ensuring the security reliability and performance of IT systems.
