Ihre Arbeitsumgebung:

Sie werden Teil des Avionics Systems Teams. Diese Abteilung widmet sich dem Design von Avionik-Architekturen für zivile und militärische Hubschrauber. Da Hubschrauber Sicherheitsrisiken und deren mögliche Auswirkungen auf die Flugsicherheit und die Mission beherrschen müssen muss die Avionik-Architektur Mittel zum Schutz und zur Erkennung potenzieller Cyberangriffe bieten.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

In Ihrer Rolle als Cyber Security Architect definieren und entwickeln Sie die Cyber-Sicherheitskomponente der Avionik-Architektur in enger Abstimmung mit dem Avionik-Architekten des Hubschraubers.

• Sie sind der Cyber-Sicherheitsreferent für die Produkte in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich

• Bewertung des Sicherheitsrisikos für das Produkt

• Definition und Validierung der Sicherheitsarchitektur zur Behandlung inakzeptabler Risiken

• Überwachung der Entwicklung und Gewährleistung der Sicherheit der gewählten Lösung

• Festlegung der Sicherheitsaktivitäten über den gesamten Lebenszyklus der Sicherheitsprodukte

• Definition der Cyber-Sicherheitsthematik des Produkts auf Basis eines Risikomanagement-Ansatzes sowie Gewährleistung von Konsistenz und Relevanz über das gesamte Projekt

• Definition und Validierung der Sicherheitsarchitektur als technische und organisatorische Antwort auf die identifizierten Risiken

• Sicherheitstechnische Unterstützung der Entwicklungsteams während des gesamten Entwicklungszyklus (einschließlich Tests)

• Präsentation der durchgeführten Aktivitäten zur Risikosteuerung sowie der vorgeschlagenen Lösungen gegenüber den Zulassungsstellen (EASA Kunden Behörden)

Folgende Qualifikationen / Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium (Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Maschinenbau) und zusätzlich umfangreiche Erfahrung und Weiterbildung oder durch eine an das Studium anschließende Promotion
  Alternativ: Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium (Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Maschinenbau) und zusätzlich erweiterte Erfahrung und Weiterbildung oder durch eine an das Studium anschließende Promotion
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Informationstechnik

• Operative und funktionale Aspekte von Hubschraubersystemen

• Architektur von Flugzeugavionik

• Systementwicklungsprozesse (z. B. ED79/ARP4754)

• Methodische Cyber-Sicherheitsreferenzen (EBIOS ISO 27005 ED202/203/204) und regulatorische Vorschriften (IGI1300 IM920)

• Beherrschung funktionaler Sicherheitsmechanismen (Authentifizierung Zugriffskontrolle Rechteverwaltung Signatur Firewall Verschlüsselung Segregation Intrusion Detection etc.)

• Evaluierungskriterien für Cyber-Sicherheit (Common Criteria)

• Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit bei Verpflichtungen

• Autonomie Initiative Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Anpassungsfähigkeit Dialog- und Verhandlungsgeschick

• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Austausch mit externen (Zertifizierungsstellen Behörden Lieferanten) und internen Akteuren

• Hohe redaktionelle Qualität (Schreibstil)

Your work environment

You will join the Avionics Systems department within the design office.
This department is dedicated to the design of avionics architectures for civil and military helicopters. Since helicopters must manage the security risk and its possible impact on flight safety and the mission the avionics architecture must provide the means of protection and detection against potential cyber attacks.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Also your role as a cyber security architect will consist in defining and developing the cyber security component of the avionics architecture in coordination with the helicopter avionics architect.

• You will be the cyber security referent for the products for which you will be responsible.

• Your mission will consist of evaluating the security risk on the product defining and validating the security architecture solution providing treatment of unacceptable risks supervising its development and ensuring the security of the security architecture solution.

• Define security activities over the entire life cycle of security products.

• Define the product cyber security issue using an approach based on risk management and guarantee consistency and relevance throughout the project.

• Define and validate the security architecture providing the technical and organizational response to this problem.

• Support from a security point of view the technical teams in charge of product development throughout the development cycle including testing.

• Present to the approval body (EASA approval entity customer) the activities carried out to ensure the management of the cyber security risk on the product as well as the proposed solutions and their maintenance in a safe condition.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Completed Bachelors degree (aerospace or mechanical engineering) and additional extensive experience and further training or through a doctorate subsequent to the degree program
  Alternatively: Completed Masters degree (aerospace or mechanical engineering) and additional extended experience and further education or PhD

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of information technology

• Operational and functional aspects of helicopter systems

• Aircraft avionics architecture

• Systems development process (ED79/ARP4754)

• Methodological cyber security reference (EBIOS ISO 27005 ED202 / 203/204) and regulatory (IGI1300 IM920)

• Mastery of the functional expression of security mechanisms (authentication access control rights management signature firewall encryption segregation intrusion detection etc.)

• Cyber security evaluation criteria (Common Criteria)

• Team spirit

• Sense of keeping commitments and customer satisfaction

• Autonomy initiative rigor sense of responsibility

• Strong capacity for adaptation dialogue and negotiation
