Assistant Credit Officer

We are looking for two Assistant Credit Officers to join our B2B Operations team in this role you will support the daily administration of our factoring portfolio and play an important part in ensuring smooth back-office operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and wants to build a career within the banking and financial services industry.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Payment clearing for B2B transactions
• Handling incoming calls and emails from customers and authorities
• Answering basic questions related to bookkeeping and debt collection
• Following up on unidentified payments
• Registering outgoing payments to clients and end customers

We believe you have:

• A high school diploma
• Experience with payment clearing or bookkeeping (preferred)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus)
• Very good skills in Swedish and English
• Experience from banking/finance or relevant education is an advantage

• Structured and detail-oriented
• Stress-resistant and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• A strong communicator in Swedish and English
• Self-driven proactive and responsible
