Experience working as a security concierge - absolutely must have
Professional attitude and polished appearance - non-negotiable
Experience working in Class A buildings
Georgia 24-hour basic security officer certification

WHAT A DAY AS OUR CONCIERGE SECURITY OFFICER LOOKS LIKE

What sets this role apart from general security positions is the extra focus on hospitality and customer service. Youll be working in a Class A building professionally interacting with clients and guests and providing assistance beyond security assurance. You can expect to:

Work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
Maintain a polite positive and professional attitude throughout the day
Warmly greet guests answer their questions and direct them to the correct locations within the building
Receive and deliver incoming packages
Quickly step in to resolve problems and keep everyone safe and secure
